1. To place a refund, or plan upgrade/downgrade request for an order placed with Harveyteck, You would need to contact us via email at support@harveyteck.com.
2. Please mention your purchase email address or transaction ID in your request and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process.
3. If the customer reports any problem or defect with the product purchase, he must contact support and raise his concerns before asking for a refund or disputing the payment. If we are not able to resolve the dispute, we will process your refund.
4. Your request will be reviewed within a 2-3 days standard response period and we will notify you via email of the results.
5. For customers, who contacted our support chat and get an additional discounted offer for the plan, where we are selling the same plan for a higher cost. The refund period of 14 days is not valid in this case, as we only offer discounts and additional reductions in pricing to only those customers, who are sure of what they are buying and who will use the product in good faith and do not misuse the resources.
